Pique is an AI-powered re-engagement platform for e-commerce. It tracks browsing sessions in real time, analyzes visitor behavior, and sends webhook notifications with recommended actions — like abandoned cart nudges, browse abandonment follow-ups, and price-sensitivity signals — so you can trigger the right message at the right time.
Quick start

Install the tracker — Add the Pique script tag to your Shopify theme. It auto-tracks page views, product views, add-to-cart, and purchases — no code changes required. See the Tracker SDK guide.

See events flow in — Open the
Eventstab in your dashboard. Within seconds of a visitor landing on your store, you will see live events streaming in. -
Configure decisions — Pique ships with built-in rules for common scenarios (cart abandonment, browse abandonment, price sensitivity). You can also create custom rules or influence the LLM with a custom prompt. See Decisions.

Connect webhooks — When Pique makes a decision about a visitor, it fires a webhook to your configured endpoints. Connect it to Klaviyo, your own backend, or any HTTP endpoint. See Webhooks.
